Michelin PSS 275/35/18F and 295/35/18R
Anyone tried this combo on a C5Z? Thoughts? Opinions?
I saw the 285 square post and thought this could be an alternative that might keep the TC/ABS happy. Probably about $1400 from Tire Rack...

Those sizes would be about the right combo match (dia & revs/mile). Tire info says you could use a 9.5" wide wheel on the 275 fronts.

I may give this idea a try if I hang on to my C5Z. I'm being strongly tempted by the C6Z...exploding engines notwithstanding.

If you run 4x C5Z rears, you can run 275/35s up front and 295/35s out back without a problem I often suggest picking up a second set of rears to anybody looking to run a modern tire who prefers the OEM look
Since you seem to be interested in other wheel styles, just use the factory rear wheel as you size benchmark. If you get anything in 10.5 with a higher offset than the stock rear wheel, remember that you'll need a small spacer

Thanks! I have the polished rims on my Z16, so I'll probably just store them and get something completely different.
I like the idea of a smaler width front rim as it will retain the quick turn-in, but we'll see what's available.

9"-11", they measured on a 9.5

I'd run 265/35 in front with the 295/35 rear. I'd also get them from Discount Tire. Better price and free shipping. I called, they can get them.

The 265/35 front and 295/35 rear match up with original sizes
You can run the TSW Nurb in 18x10.5 all around with the 265s up front and the 295s out back, or you can run the 18x9 up front with the 265s for less stretch and maybe a bit quicker turn-in
Judging from the experiences of others, a 5mm spacer is recommended with the Nurbs out back for a more flush appearance, and I'd run one up front as well if you did the 10.5s up front, as some guys have had a tiny bit of rub at full lock with this combo and square rubber (I think 285 or 295s on 18x10.5 TSWs all around)
The 18x9 won't rub anything, but may need a 5mm spacer to be flush, based on the rough offset math I just did they're a good-looking wheel for sure

The 265 seems to be on backorder, I am in the exact same boat as the OP.
Anyone have pics of this combo on the car with a 9.5 front wheel and a 10.5 rear wheel?
