Lots of TQ Tire question
I just purchased a twin turbo C5Z06. The car is making 500 Tq @3000 rpm and 600 TQ at 4,000 RPM. Needless to say the tires which are 305 30 19s are pretty worthless once in boost. Id like something that would make 2nd and up usable to redline. Is a drag radial my only option?

If you want something more streetable but still aren't dealing with weather, you have the Hankook R-S3
If you regularly plan to drive in the rain or weather between 45-60 degrees, Pilot Super Sports are as good as you'll get
What are your wheel sizes and offsets?

The wheels are 19 x 11 or 11.5 not 100% sure. I also dont know the offset yet. They are CCWs fit for the C5. I do see rain as im in Florida but i have no issue with driving very tame when it does rain. I have been tossing between the toyos and a drag radial.

I wouldn't bother with a drag radial, not at all. I'd sooner go with an extreme performanace summer tire, but ideally I'd go for a fully treaded DOT legal R compound like the Toyo RA1 or the Nitto NT01. These will resist heat cycling out longer than the R888.

If it were my car, it would be getting Pilot Super Sports, Hankook R-S3s, or Toyo R888s, in order from the most street-friendly to the least (and least sticky to most).
Those wheels probably won't clear a 325/30 in any of those tires, but they will clear the 305/30 no problem

I am getting R888s installed this afternoon on my supercharged 04 Z (640 WHP). I'll let you know well they hook on my setup. 275/40/17 fronts, 305/35/18 rears
You mentioned you are making 600 ft/lbs of tq at 4K rpms? Whoa. What is your peak power? I'm not sure many tires are going to allow you to go WOT in 2nd on the street with that kind of power, especially with 19" rims.

Neither of those tires are available in sufficient rims sizes and widths for his setup... the R888 is available and has been used in such builds with great success

the r888's will be the best mix of straight line and handling... if you want more straight line performance at the expense of cornering ability then I would look at mt et street 2's or nitto nt05r's... I had r888's and switched them out for nt05r's and those work much better for my driving style... I don't drive mine in the rain but did get caught in a storm once on the highway and could comfortably drive at 70mph so that's good enough for me

Just leave the TC on, that the only way you are ever going to see redline in Second... All the tries that have been recommended are useless when cold, and you really never know what the quality of the surface is on the street. If your at the strip, then you'll need to learn the power band and squeeze it accordingly.
