[Z06] question for those with conti dw tires on z

Melting Slicks
The PSS has a 300 tread wear rating, The DW has a 340 tread wear rating. The PSS are my daily tires.
Tire rack has them on sale with a $70 cash back card at the moment.
Difference for my sizes 275/35/18 and 295/35/18 was $244 between the two.
With the $70 gift card it was $175 difference, no brainer for me.

I suppose that I should clarify my thought process. OP posted about the DW for oem wheels. Someone else posted and said "the pss is better and not much more" to me, I thought to myself that the second poster was meaning to say "the ps2 is better" considering you can't get the pss for oem wheels. As it turns out the second poster was talking about tires that weren't even an option for the op.

The Pilot Super Sport is a great tire for not much more than the Continental DW
The Pilot Sport 2 is an overpriced, outdated tire that costs about twice as much as the DW
Please quit mixing them up, people
The PSS isn't available in factory sizes, but it is available to fit factory wheels

Just placed the order through tire rack, the rears are on back order though. Should have the fronts on Friday. I'll open a new thread in the c5z section after I get them all installed.
