The HINSON Motorsports C5 header systems are proudly built in the USA from stainless steel and then ceramic coated for lower under hood temperatures. Our ceramic coated stainless steel headers use mandrel bent 1 7/8" tubing and 3/8" flanges for a precision fit and finish.

Just a few more Q's:
Will they eventually be offered in 1 3/4? What years have they been test fitted on, because I think different years have different fitment issues ( I have a 2004)

We have no plans to do anything but the 1 7/8". Headers have been fitted on all Z06 and base model C5's without any issues.
