What is my SW Z06 worth?
Hey guys I am thinking about selling my car. Just don't drive it enough with 2 kids.
The car is a 2001 Speedway White Z06 with black interior in great condition with 55k miles.
-Heads and cam all supporting mods
-Dyno tune 460 RWHP
-American Racing Headers and X pipe
-McLeod RST Clutch and flywheel
-Factory TI mufflers with TI bypass OR GHL 2 tip exhaust
-18" Alcoa Z06 wheels on all 4 corners with good tires
-C6 Z06 brake conversion
-C6 Z06 shocks
-Lowered on stock bolts with new metal sway bar end links
-Corvette Creations C5R front splitter and side skirts
-HID headlights with fog light conversion
I'm sure there is more but that's all I can think of now.
What do you guys think is a realistic price?
I am in Southeastern Connecticut.

Not worth a penny over 5 grand. I'll wire the money and pick it up this weekend.
Sounds like an awesome car, my fav Z06 color. Take a look at comparable cars and get it posted you will find a reasonable buyer in no time.
Do you have cats for the exhaust? I bet with the stock TI mufflers, that car sounds awesome.
How about some pics.

Don't know if it helps or not, but last fall I bought a stock speedway white Z06 from the original owner with 24,000 miles on it. It was in near perfect condition and I paid $23,000

1 milleeoooon Dollars!!!!! Your car is worth what someone will pay you for it thats the real truth. You may ask $24k and never get it. So what's it's worth and what it will sell for is 2 different things. I'm a z06 lover so if I was you I would think long and hard to even sell it period and if you do don't give it away unless you really have to sell it. Not much compares to a z for the money.

And I'm in the same boat with you buddy. I have a 03 z06 with 2 kids as well. After selling one years back and doing the whole back seat thing and bought a 2.2 in cobra. I realized I don't like my kids in my sports car because I don't like it getting dirty, they don't like it anyways because it's loud and fast, and because of this I never drove that either. So now I'm back in a 03 z06 that I rarely drive as well but it's worth it when I do drive it and the miles stay low. It's a second car as I'm sure like yours as well so I'll pack the kids in my daily driver or my wife's Denali if we want to go somewhere. Like most toys you don't need to drive the all the time. Unless your going in a different direction and going a lifted jeep ect where in ct you can mod that like crazy and still pack the family in. I personally need to have serious hp to fill the void and ease the stresses of life in the spring and summer.

Mods don't generally equal value unless you're talking big forced induction, etc...at which point there is still loss. If the car is well sorted, no engine lights, and clean...I'd say 22k with an asking of 25k. I'd wrap my mind around the possibility of 20k though if I were you. When you get above that, you're competing with stock Z's, very clean, and slightly less miles. I think 20k would be a good buy, but also a good sale number. No denyin that's a lot of car for the money though. My friend would LOVE to have that car for 22k, but he isn't a buyer until spring.

I would say 24-25k sale price. asking 26-27. Mods are worth a bit. Goodluck to anyone buying a stock car and doing a heads/cam/exhaust swap for that price. Also the splitter/ss combo. Id love to have those on my Z lol.

Lesson learned here ,don't mod your Corvette buy one already modified and get the mods way cheaper ,I see this all day lone people have $30-$40,000 in in a C-5 can't get maybe half what they got in it very hard to move ,people looking for low miles stock C-5s ,not just being a downer here I got prop. in $30,000 in my 04 Z-16 the sad truth is might get might get $22,000 more like $20,000 . Living in Houston Moded Corvettes all over the place some of my friends trying to sell very hard people think all the Corvette that have something done to them stay on the track seven days a week and are driven at 150 MPH to the 7-11 and back hard to sell but the up side for one buying if you know what your looking at can get a good deal . A friend could not sell his C-5 with $40,000 in I think wanted $20-25,000 this thing had to best of everything like 600 HP all the good stuff he finely sold it in parts got more money for it that way ..Crazzzzzy right ,Just my felling's on trying to sell a $40,000 for $20,000 and can't .. -
