Default Z06 Wheel color help

I have a 2002 Z06 with after market wheels and want to change them out to the original Argent Silver original wheels.
I just purchased a set that the seller claims were original takeoff from a 2003 Z06. They are in extremely nice shape, do not appear to have been repainted and have all the correct markings as far as I can tell. The question is this: are there variations in the shade of Argent Silver in the 2002-2004 factory wheels? I know about the 2001 difference. The rear wheels in certain light appear to be darker than the fronts. Can't tell if it's the paint, the clearcoat (the rears appear to have deeper clear) or I'm nuts! Attaching pics for reference. Thanks!

300 views and no comments? I thought someone would have noticed color difference in '02-04 Z06 wheels. Maybe I'm being too picky on the ones I have.

The color looks good to me. And they look in great shape! Slap em on and don't worry about it. What's more important is that they are speedlines.

not sure--but i think the 2001 Z06 wheels were maybe a darker shade--all 01-04 wheels would be so close-look good--speedlines are light weight like the 01s--the 01s were made by a diff. company--i think-01s very rare to find-

I see the color difference but have no idea why they are that way.

I see the slight difference too. I wonder why they did that. It's a cool opportunity to powder coat a different color. I'd like to see our wheels in hyper silver. I've always thought that would look killer.

I cannot honestly see a difference. I agree, bolt them on and go have fun.

If they bother you that much I will buy them from you for what you paid for them.
