I think the LS6 had such linear power delivery, though you are used to the LSx platform.

So, what's the plans for the car, stock, mod mildly or mod widly?
Im not sure yet. I keep thinking head ported by TPS and a 600 ish cam but then then I think why not FI.

Yeah...it's a tough one. It's hard to beat the supercharger considering the price of a kit. I really wanted to build N/A but, my track use is limited and on the street it's more about small viscous rips. I ended up going AA and at 580whp/512wtq...the chassis handles it amazingly well, and the car is just a balanced beast. I put suspension and brakes on it....I couldn't be happier. I almost bought a C7 Z51 in 2013...but waited...then C7Z came out and I thought maybe...but, I can't let go of this car and take on that much debt when this C5Z is so damn good.

I think either way you go you'll have a hell of a car. These C5Z's man...they're the purist's Z imo.

Here's a vid from a chilly morning after my car was in hibernation for a bit. The tranny was a little stiff that morning but...to give you an idea with the supercharger and how usable it is. BB quad bullets/ AR headers/ AA kit/ supporting mods. Luckily no more living in cold *** pgh anymore...lol. Most of the vid is just various part throttle but, speeds get illegal quick and the *** is all over the place on cold pavement...it gives an idea though...I rip it fairly hard toward the end, but still not a full hit
