I swapped out my radiator last Sunday and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the job was to do. Initially I kept getting hung up when I tried to pull it out on the passenger side. After taking my time and going an inch at a time I managed to pull it right out. Going to drive the "Devils Highway" this weekend.

It looks like a pain, but as you found out it's a matter of taking your time.

I put off doing mine for a week, once I started it was done in a couple of hours.

After careful consideration I opted for a $40 replacement radiator. That's shipped to my front door. My buddy said his supercharged 600rwhp C4 had a stock radiator. Why spend needless money on a 2 or 3 row all aluminum radiator ? Good pressure is all that's required to keep it cool. Sure enough on the freeway I am 160-175 degrees and stuck in traffic these days 190-198. Summer is coming and I know that will change temps.
