I sold my Z06, crashed my GTO... but I need to convince the forum members that the GTO is a nice looking car.
I think it's hideous (in every incarnation posted), but whatever. Like it; buy another, drive it, mod it... enjoy.

Agreed. Once we all finally figured out that a GTO was totaled and a Z06 was sold, we get to see random pictures of a BMW track car and Penske's old '67 Camaro.

Such naysayers holy s*** anyway the reason for the odd cars, is they are in the same class as the GTO. It's competitive. Unlike MANY other cars..

I have a feeling, one of these beats a stock Z06 left and right.

Edit: I forgot about the "Muscle Car" connection, easily the best reason cars like this thrive..

No, more specifically a properly setup, lightened, and Balanced GT Car. Not only street legal, but street driveable..

Sure I digress, however you are missing the point. The Z06 is a sports car, agreed.

As a GT Car, it can hold it's own...even with no back seat, low as f***, relatively harsh ride [stock], low vision, high insurance, higher theft/vandalism.

In either case, like I stated..both cars are only as fast as you want them to be..except, it should be close.
