675LT owners, "you were out accelerating our cars on the straights" LOL... What a great way to break 10k miles on the car Anthony at LG built this car a couple of years ago and just recently refreshed it. I've posted videos of me ripping it at my local track but this was my first outing at COTA in it.
I did a 2:22 at COTA in a different session, no aero and basically stock weight. This car is pure sex... turn it up!
2004 C5 Z06
Tilton triple clutch/flywheel
RPM Polished ZR1 Transmission
LG ERL 427
FAST 102
NW102
LG CF Driveshaft
3.73 quaife built rear end
315/345 Hoosier R7s
PFC Race brakes
Moton coilovers
GM T1 Sway Bars

Excellent lap times. Anything under 2:30 is considered fast for a street driven car.
What are your LS7 engine mods. What are your tires (assume slicks) and suspension mods?
You use (um....) slightly different gears for different turns, than I do. However, I have a stock 04 Z06. You improved (everywhere, but most) in the turn 16-18 complex from the start to last lap. It is 80/100mph, so I don't use 5th there.
I would like to know your rear end ratio, 'cause I just can't believe that you are running 6th gear down the (back, 11/12) straight! (how fast?)
Thanks for posting.

ERL 427 SuperDeck Short Block High Compression
11.5:1 with a camshaft forged from a dragons *****... Anthony at LG had that done for me lol
The RPM Polished ZR1 tranny and my built 3:73 rear end allows me to get to top speed quickly. I'm on 7 heat cycled R7 hoosiers, 315/345s
My 5th is like your 3rd gear, also, with the NW102 throttle body, I can't modulate the throttle input well so I have to kick it up a gear, I'm pretty sure I was 110+ at T19. I think 165mph on the back straight, I need to do the math.
1 3/4s LG Headers and X pipe, borla straight pipes.
ERL 427 SuperDeck Short Block High Compression
11.5:1 assembled by LG

From your headline I assumed you were faster than all those cars listed, and then I watched your video. Was that a 911 that passed you like you were in reverse?

Thanks, I remember watching your C5 Vortech video 10 years ago or so , I think it had some chick following you in a Honda or something like that, and you rip it alittle on the highway with wheel spin?
I did Halltech intake, GM carbon braces, MGW shifter on the C7Z. The C7Z takes corners well, it hits a wall at 125mph. The game has changed for making a beast car that accelerates well. The C7Z won't ever do it without taking the aero off... which I'm not going to do. The Mclaren MP4 goes 16MPH faster on the straights and the 675LT goes 20mph faster on the straights, for example at COTA. But my C5 burns everyone, even paced a 918 Porsche lol
It's the Delrin tall **** with the Hurst shifter. I gave this shifter to the guy who originally owned this car 10 years ago and know it's back in my hands. This is the ****/shifter box that I learned how to drive on 10 years ago, so it's like a glove!
I'm pretty sure it starts out as an LS2 block, then the sleeves are punched out and then it turns into a LS7 427.
Thanks! This car is really fun, more fun than a 991 GT3 RS, Mclaren, C7Z blah blah

It's a ARE 3.1 dry sump, with a 1+ gallon tank in the trunk. It doesn't look as good with 345's poking out the side.
