Porting heads vs 90mm intake!!! help
Working on buddies 02z with 50k miles.
Installing a mild cam with springs and pushrods.
Car has vararam only and 1 7/8 LTs
He has little extra to spend.
Would you do a valve job and lightly port the heads with pp tb
Or
Tpis/Lpe 90mm ls6 intake with ls2 tb
Curious to see how you will respond.

The heads would be a better choice, IMO. Have them shaved to about 60cc chambers as well. I like TEA for head work. That particular intake is about a wash. A FAST 90, or the new MSD would be my preference.
