Well you didn't give us a heck of a lot to go on... and there are tons of options.
Get another pair of 18" Z wheels for 18's all around.
Get new 18's x 4, 18/19 (my fave), 19's, 19/20?
Do you want wider also?
Budget?

18's/19's seem to be the most popular setup for staggered aftermarket wheels/tires. Or as mentioned you can run the stock 18's up front as well for a 'squared' set up. This is a popular set up for auto cross.

I scored a great deal on 4 19" CCW SP500 (19x10, 19x11) and even though I wanted 18/19 setup I've say it looks pretty good overall. It's an option.

What aspect ratio on 19x10 or 11? Seems like there would be no sidewall and the car would ride like crap?

I cant say its that much worse than the 35 series (stock). Slightly, but its a sports car so some is to be expected. 30 seems low, but its not riding on rubber bands like you see with some over sized suv wheels. There is still some meat.
