From what I've read, "Andy's" is the best in terms of looks / fit / finish. It is made of wood, and is heavy. However, it does have secure snaps to hold it in place. If your goal is sound reduction, acoustic foam is a better choice.

For maximum sound reduction and snug fit, the $299 Ecklers acoustic foam version looks like the best ( Part# 42768 ).

Many people are quite happy with the $39 Ecklers ( #41087 ) acoustic foam core with custom matching carpet added later. Ecklers also sells a $99 version with carpet on just one side (may not match, still need to carpet other side).

I recommend the $39 Eckler's foam core with your own matching carpet. You can guarantee a perfect fit before carpeting, it's lightweight, low cost, and should have nearly as good sound reduction as the $299 Ecklers foam unit (which is finished and ready to use). If cost is no option, try out the $299 Eckler's version and post a review (so far no reviews: looks like a relatively new item. They do have a 30 day money back guarantee).

Go to http://www.ecklers.com and type "divider" into the search box for more info.

I got one from Exit28 (Richard) that works fine, reduced noise, looks good, tight fit, carpet both sides and Z-OH-6 lettering, etc etc.
