fastest stock Z06 times?
What's the fastest any of you guys have seen a stock Z06 run, w/ or w/o slicks.
Fastest i've seen is 11.8, some one on the rennlist porsche forum is saying 11.3.
Avg times are around 12.3 correct?

With slicks I would say a 11.5-11.7. 100% stock they average 12.2-12.6 but some have claimed to dip into the 11's on stock f1's.

It really depends on where you are, I have heard of maybe three in Cali, one in So. Cali ( McRat Family) and two up in North Cali that run in the 11's! On the East Coast and Tex. its a different story. Most Z06's are in the mid 12's!

Re: fastest stock Z06 times? (CLpower)
CL,
We have about 4 members who have run high 11's bone stock including tires, but those are the exception. Average driver, average conditions and the range is more like 12.4 - 12.8 (bone stock). More experience driver and you can run 12.3 - 12.4 pretty easily in an 02/03.
After that your question is tough because I don't know anyone who goes with aftermarket rubber and still stays stock otherwise. We have a few more Z06's running 11.5 - 11.8 with Drag Radials or ET Streeets with minimal mods e.g. zip tie airlid mod. I would think an 11.3 is quite possible with ET Streets and a few bolt-on's (headers, CAI and tuning), but it would have to be a very good driver.
Just my .02
