Hi guys. I just got the word from my dealer that my Z06 has a tpw of 8/27. Does anybody else have the same tpw, and if so when was your order placed? My order was placed on July 20 when the dealer finally got an allocation (I put a deposit on the car in February). I've been waiting a long time for this car and am starting to get really excited as the day gets closer! At least I'll get a couple of months driving it before the winter weather arrives.

This gal has an 8/27 TPW. My order went into the GM POMS system on 7/24. This was supposed to result in a TPW of 8/13. Am I surprised that the TPW slipped? No, not as hard as it's been to buy this car.
My status is now 3000 (Order accepted by production). I'm just sick that we lost our contact in the factory as I really need sequence number information in order to plan my travel to B.G. jerboa

You are absolutely correct on the TPW! However, Like Picasso, it appears as though the Corvette factory is going into its "Blue" period. See the posting today that said the production floor was a veritable sea of blue.
jerboa, car ordered , no sequence info [img]http]//www.corvetteforum.cc/ubb/frown.gif[/img] Does anyone know if the C5 registry can still deliver sequence data?

I still hope they replace Sonny, if that is possible. That position was so very important to all of us. In my opinion this is one of the worst years for Corvette/sequence tracking. First, the constraint on Electron Blue, then on Z06 constraint, then the 01' brake pads on 02'Z06's mess-up, then the mess-up with the sequence numbers. WOW. I've almost givin up on finding out any info on my car. Things have changed for me and others on a weekly basis. Back and forth. My TPW has changed four times, 8/6, 8/27, 8/13, and now 8/20. So I guess I can forget watching my car being built, I'm glad I got NCM delivery.
(whine,whine,whine)I hope it's worth it..
