Pics of Ebony Lloyds mats / Ebony interior
I've heard a lot of people ask if they should order the black or Ebony Lloyds C6 mats, so I figured I'd post a few pics so you could decide...
I like the way they look, they are a little "shaggy" and can show a different color depending on how the carpet is brushed. The definately look like a different color than the stock mats, but they do go well and give the interior a nice touch with the contrast and C6 emblem.
I would assume that the solid black mats are exactly that, so if you're looking for a deep black colored mat then don't get these.
***added pic below, out of sunlight shot***
Here's a shot out of the sunlight so you can see what I mean about them being a little different. Again, I will say that they look great in person and would buy them again :

vette1998, I have the same color combo car and interior, and I have the same mats, the pictures don't do them justice, in person they look great
By the way invest $40 and get the Lloyds clear plastic mats and cover the regullar mats for everyday use. I used then in my C5 and the Lloyds looked great 3 years later. Take them out for those special occasions.

The mats go great with a Ebony interior, if you look at the pics of them in the sun and see the trim compared to the mats, it's a good match. They are just a little different, perhaps more sophisticated, than the stock mats. They are not offensive at all, and I do believe that Lloyds knew what they were doing to make this a nice compliment to the Ebony interior.
I just wanted to give a fair assesment to the mats and show pics so everyone could make a decision on what color mat best fits thier taste...

Ebony?
My ebony mats just showed up today. I couldn't be more please with the look on my triple black vert. Great add and definitely the right color. And thanks Michael - the free shipping made the sale. Open it up again for some the guys and gals who missed it.
