Artic white is a pure white. Speedway white as used on the C5 is a warmer white. It uses slight yellow and brown hues to deliver a light "cream" color.

I thought(and hoping) the Speedway white was supposed to be a brighter Pure White!!!

Artis white is brighter witha slight blue tint. Speedway white has like jdavis said a slight yellow brown tint. It makes it look a little dirty.
