Painting letters in bumper inlay
Anybody ever had the Corvette bumper inlay lettering painted on or airbrushed instead of using vinyl stick-on lettering?

Just sat on the ground and painted mine. Kept a rag with paint thinner on it nearby. Should have also kept a cardboad pad nearby so I could refresh the paint flow on it once in awhile, although the whole job only took about 10 minutes. I think the tip that I used could have been a little thicker. Don't really know if that brand has different tips or not.
The only prep I did was to wash and dry the lettering first.
