I have it on my 427 convertible and have seen no increase in temp

Feel free to use this pic. Still loving the ease of removal and replacement for this plate holder.

I ordered Top Flight bracket today for my '08 base model Vette. I did not order a body color frame for it because I saw your photo and want to do exactly what you did.

Where did you get that frame? Info will be appreciated. Thx.

Well, I really don't remember where I actually purchased the chrome plastic frame because it was over eight years ago, but it had to be at Walmart or one of the local franchise parts stores like Auto Zone. I wanted something very light so no extra weight was added to the bracket.

Hope that helps you out!

I does, thanks.
I'll just go to Autozone and see if they have one like that. It looked like flat metal in the photo.

In Stock!

The Top Flight Reproductions C6 front license plate bracket is the best looking mount available and it's legal in all the two plate states unlike some of the other after market front plate solutions. It follows the contour of the front bumper. Installs easily without lifting the car. Requires no drilling for attachment like some others do. Our bracket is priced considerably lower than other after market solutions and is made in the USA .

All three Top Flight Reproductions front license plate brackets are in stock and ready to ship. Visit our website at www.topflightrepro.com or call 781-279-1279 and ask for Ray.

Why be stuck with a License plate when you don't want one? I recently installed a remote controlled front plate, hidden when I want and if the cops on my tail I hit the remote and it's up in front for the cop to see. no brainer for me !

I purchased your license plate bracket and the frame, while I was getting ready to mount it my wife said something to me and I mounted it crooked!!!! It was sticking out 1/2" on one side but I went ahead and put the plate and the frame on anyway, It bugged the hell out of me for weeks until I decided I needed to straighten it out or break it and buy a new one. Bought some 30# 3M tape and threaded some fishing line between the bracket and bumper then used a plastic putty knife to get it off. I was able to peel the old tape off and apply new and without my wife anywhere around I was able to mount it straight......looks great now and it was pretty easy to fix.

Just ordered the front and rear plate brackets for the 427 Collectors (with stripes) Very cool. Do you guys sell the windscreen for the 427 (with logo) or a replacement front splitter. Mine came in damaged and I have to replace. If not, any recommendations? Thanks

So is not having one in the states being discussed, but I'd wager that is far more common than this R/C solution.

Traded in my narrow body for a GS last week. First thing I bought. The previous one worked great.
