Engine Dress Up Mods Complete (plus a few others) with PIC’s
I’ve had my new Vette for almost three months now and I think I have finally completed the necessary dress up mods (at least the ones I can think of for now). A very big thanks to Ed from Nakid Parts (aka Pipedreams). Not only have I purchased wonderful items from him such as the cap dress up kit, fuse cover, splash guards, color wheel stickers and mirror stickers, but I have also used many of his DIY tips such as painting my hood liner. Thanks for all of your help Ed! Hope you all enjoy the PIC’s !!!
Note: Except for the mirror stickers, all of Ed's products were purchased a few months ago while he was still Pipedreams, and before he was told to stop using GM trademarks (don't want to give the impression that he is still selling trademarked items).
Let's get started with a few shots of the Silver Bullet.
A very cool sticker by Ed, with my painted hood liner in the background.
Painted the calipers myself, using Duplicolor. Notice Ed's wheel stickers on the center cap.
Painted fuel rail covers from Fred Beans. Caps and fuse cover are from Ed.
Notice the reflection of the hoodliner in the fuse cover.
Painted the logo on the air intake myself.
Painted the hood liner using Ed's DIY instructions. Came out pretty good, not as good if Ed would have done it himself.

Well, whatever floats your boat is good. IMO nice quality on all your mods. The only one I'd put on my car would be the painted calipers. My fuel rails and hood insulation went bye bye since they are, IMO , just excess weight that serves no purpose.
That's just me though. I never open my hood except for maintenance. I already know what's there.
I suggest you remove the GM badges.

Very Nice, ordered the fuse box and alt cover from Ed, and liked them so well I ordered the cap set also! Ed does very good work, and the price is reasonable for those that want a little extra nice look for their baby.
