Default Nav screen is blank

The Nav screen in my 07Z is solid white. The radio is playing but after randomly touching the screen it is now on the AM band and I can't change it. I guess it's going to the dealer......yuck.

Try this: put the nav disk in it, push the voice hard key and say "screen on" maybe that will help1
But first even though your screen is off ,after installing the disk, push the nav key, then on the bottom right of the screen just push where the "agree" prompt would normaly be, then push the voice key.

Dealer replaced Nav unit. Only took about 30-40 minutes.
