How do you remove stock door sills?

Default How do you remove stock door sills?
I just got my aluminum door sills in, the instructions say to remove the stock sills. However, i'm not sure how. Should i just pry them up with a knife?

NO, no knife. Warm them up - hair dryer, using your finger nail, raise 1 edge and carefully pull as you heat.

No, you start with one edge and pull real fast. that way you leave no residue. GET THE REMAINDER with Googone or alcohol.
