My dad was an insurance adjuster when he was called out to a claim on a trans am that ended up in the field.
He looked at the skid marks and they slid right under a wood rail fence into the yard. He scratched his head for a second and walked over to the fence where it appeared perfect.
He then figured it out. The nose was so low, that it scooped the post out of the ground and OVER the trans-am. When the car passed under the lifted fence, the post fell back into their original holes.
True story!

Judging by the crumpled hood on the car in front of the Corvette, we played Freight Train and the Z06 was the caboose. Ouch...but interesting photo for a Monday.

Melting Slicks
Good reminder.
Leave a buffer zone ahead of you, not only does it give more time for us to stop and see road debris, But for the joker behind you following to close or not paying attention. Having been rear ended twice, this is how I think now. I am braking for TWO, myself, and the guy behind.
