HAWK brake pads on a C6 w/Z51
Has anyone swapped over to the following brake pads on their C6?
HB247F-575 Hawk HPS brake pads - front Z51 & F55
HB248F-650 Hawk HPS brake pads - rear Z51 & F55
I have these left over from a BAER rotor swap on my C5 and never used them. Are these better then the OEM brake pads (better meaning lower noise, dust, heat etc.)?

my experience with HPS on another car is slightly less dust but they will still squeak. I really like their ceramics for the street. The C5 pads will fit though.

I've run Hawk HPS pads on my Baer equipped Mustang, and now on my C6 and have been happy with them. My experience has been very little dust, excellent stopping power, and no squeeking, (I used a small amount of Honda M77 assembly paste on the back of the pads where they contact the caliper and pistons to insure no noise).

Hawk pads on my 05 F55 Baer rotors. If there is any dust it is minimal (and I'm sure there must be some), and no squeals. Plus, I like the looks of the Baer setup.

I just converted to baer. I changed on my c5 and had less dust and no noise. Now on the c6 the dust is ok, but they sound like Ned Beatty in deliverance. I am looking to change asap.
