Sure, Budget Rent A Car in Beverly Hills and near LAX has them. There's a couple places down in Newport Beach (on PCH) as well.

Hertz rent a car at LAX has lots of C6 verts but they sell out lots of times on sunny days.............

Also one in El Segundo. Used to love to walk by it when I was there on business at the Renaissance Marriott. Always had several Ferraris just sitting out front.
