I bought the Z06 front mud guard (behind the wheel well) and gurney lip (in front of the wheel well) from Gene Culley and tried to put them on my C6 vert, to match my rear Z06 mud guards that look great.

But the fenders are too narrow and I couldn't get the Z06 parts, which are the entire inner fenders, to fit properly. I could have perhaps chopped the front part up and got it to fit, but I decided to keep them for when I do my Z06 conversion.

Anyone else try this and get it to work?

Here's what the panels look like if anyone's interested. The rear section just doesn't fit the contour of the C6 fender and unlike the rear Z06 flare you can't force it to fit properly.

About $80. Cheap, thought I'd give it a try.
