If you try it with stock z06 wheels they stick out about an inch and will end up cracking the fenders if you go over bumps. The z06 fenders are quite a bit wider.

yes I have 275 35 18s on stock z06 rims on my 05 c6 wide booty.
I have not yet done the widebody front fenders yet. They do stick out alittle. The z06/grand sport/zr1 fenders are wider than standard c6 fenders. Hope this helps

I have been running this setup for quite some time without any rubbing/cracking issues, but I havent lowered the front. I can see where it would hit on a lowered c6.

Default Dead links tonight

I've followed and read the good link until the night I actually have all the parts to start! Lol. I have a vert but I'm assuming it's pretty close. Any new links or resources would be sweet,

Default Links? We don't need no stinking links!

It was easy to figure out as I went. Took about 3 hours total with a good wipe down after. Looks awesome. Only problem I see is those hips need some curves up front now!!

Just finished mine. Could not have done it without this guide. Thank you so much. Can't believe I did it especially considering my fenders were aftermarket and I had to drill all the holes.

Hey guys, im ordering new wheels for the front, I though the fenders I bought were z06 width but they were slightly smaller and the wheels were made for aggressive fitment on a z06. That being said, I am told that the stock z06 offset wheels will fit these fenders. The stock z06 wheels are at a 40mm offset yes?

This post is over ten years old, the link is gone but thee are other Youtube posts that will help you through the process. Atomic Vette (Jason) has not had a Corvette in several years. I knew him when he had the Atomic Orange C-6 but have lost track of him over the years.

I noticed on your wide quarter panels you are missing the break duck openings? Different wide body quarters?

Those were custom made by a racer in California back in 2012, he made 13 sets, i bought the last set...
Now some kid in Oklahoma drives it and doesn’t even know what hes got...
