New Images of LG Motorsports Hood and rear spoiler.
Thanks guys,
The hoods are available now. If you saw our cars at Bloomington you got to see the hood and rear spoiler on my Z06.
We also have the Front Spoiler for the C6 ready now also. CK the Gallery to see photos of it.
Plus there are some new photos on our Gallery at www.lgmotorsports.com
Thanks
Lou Gigliotti

I would love to but the production volume is so low that I think the wait would get some bad posts up.
Let me check on how many we can expect to get in. We have sold every one so far before they arrive here so there is already a bit of a wait.
BUt I will check.
Thanks

Oh,
By the way, this car is for sale. It is my 07 Z06 with just LG Pro Long Tube headers and an LG "Man Switch" exhaust switch.

Normally when a Corvette is driven in the rain, the water comes up into the engine compartment from the bottom opening under the engine and behind the radiator. in addition the rain normally comes in though the radiator also.
the only difference with the hood is that when the car is at a stop, the rain will now come in through the hood.
I have the hood on my car with no issues. In fact I think that with the altered air flow which is now coming out of the hood louvers, the rain is less of a problem.
When the car is moving at speed the air flow lets the water bypass the engine and it leaves the engine compartment through the louvers.
in the rain at speed there is zero rain that enters the louvers, but in fact the air and anything in the underhood area will leave via the louvers.
This is what promotes the down force at the front or more specifically what reduces Lift.

I'm having a hard time getting my head around it being OK for the car to be parked in a downpour with water rushing onto the engine and wiring.
