Discount Tire scratched up my CCWs
I had a bolt in my sidewall on the BDG KDWs so I needed a new tire. Long story short, I ended up getting Z06 runflats for the back and Discount scratched both of my rear CCW rims. I called CCW and they said they could repair the rims for $75-100 a rim.
Has anyone had this happen and had their rims fixed?

I had it happen to me once, i made the vendor replace my wheels and had them also install them properly, sad how it could take a lawyer to phone a tire shop for their idiots to do the job right.

Make sure that Discount Tire is the one who is paying for all expenses ...

I talked to the Discount Tire manager, they are going to fix the rims but here locally in Dallas not at CCW itself. One day turnaround is what he said.

I'm sorry about the damage to your rims but over the years, I've found Discount Tire to be first-rate to do business with. I imagine they'll remedy the situation to your satisfaction.

It should be fine to have repaired locally. it's not like they have to re-chrome them or anything. That's one thing that polished aluminum has going for it, they are fairly easy to repair scratches. I had my CCW 505A's repaired at a local place here in Oklahoma City, and they did a great job.
