Do you park the vette at walmarts?
I drive it as much as possible so not to save for next owner.
But i try and avoid walmarts, everytime a rust bucket (i mean no disrespect) parks right next to me even across the parking lot where
no other cars park, they still pick me out, they park so close sometimes i wonder how they
even manage to get their door open.
UPDATE: I have never post a poll before and messed it up. I meant to add
No, i park my second car at walmarts.
Does anyone know how to chage this?
Thanks.

Yes, I park my 06 coupe at Wal-Mart. I only go about once every 7-10 days. I do park on one end of the lot and 2-5 parking spaces away from the closest other car. Also, I'm never gone more than 10-15 minutes.
In addition, the small strip mall adjoining the local Wal-Mart seems to have a very low rate of crimes and misdemeanors.

I don't park my C6 at a Walmart. Rust buckets I can stand it's the idiots that don't respect your car I'm afraid of. Just the other week I dropped my wife off to get her prescriptions at a Walmart. I then drove my car to a open spot and sat in the car while I waited for her. When she came out I drove down and picked her up. While she was getting her seat belt on a guy in a pick up truck is behind me hollering for me to move. When my wife had her seat belt buckled I started to move. He then runs up real tight on my back end. I make a right turn, he in turn flies around me to my left and stops in front of the store to pick up someone or something (I didn't look to see what this jerk was up to). This and parking is why I wouldn't go to a Walmarts store anymore in my C6.

Yeah, I park my Corvette at WalMart but it's always on the end of the lot farthest from the entrance and where there are no cars likely to be parked next to me. This is no different than how I park in any parking lot, though.

It's rare that I go to Walmart, but I take the Jeep if I do. Both our Vettes are daily drivers and we are not overly picky about them, but neither of them have ever been to Wal Mart.

I drive my C5 to Walmart all the time (especially this weekend, as Pennzoil Platinum was on sale for $18.47 for a 5qt jug!) and always park in the far end of the lot and never have a problem with scratches or marks in the paint. I also try to go first thing in the morning when it's not as crowded, so the parking lot is nowhere near full.
And here is my proof that I do actually park it at Walmart:

My car's a DD, and I usually don't worry about it too much. But MallWart is one step over the line. Too many people who've just stopped by to pick up a dozen six-packs and a chain saw.
I don't feel terribly deprived missing out on the unique shopping (and waiting in line) experience, so not parking in their lot isn't a real problem most of the time.
Funny thing, I don't get a lot of rust buckets or worry about them much. Most of the people that annoy me in parking lots seem to drive Pontiac Grand Ams or PT Cruisers. Of course they're the same people that annoy me on the road, so I suppose that's not too surprising.

not a big wal mart fan, but i do park at similar places (target, etc)
I try to park far away from any cars (10 spaces is not enough)
and 1/2 the time, there i usually some beaten up car next to me...
Im guessing that people want to see the vette, so they park right next to it to check it out...
