Corvette has smallest radar signature
Found this chart on another forum:
K band results only, but should represent similar results with Ka.
(This does not relate to laser vulnerability.)

This is interesting because years ago Car & Driver did a similar test with several popular cars at the time. They included a new C 3 Corvette and it did very poorly because the radar penetrated the "invisible" plastic body and reflected off of the large radiator behind.
Glad to see that things have improved.

Yeah, but don't forget, if you've got 5 coats of Zaino applied (with the proper sub-coat sequencing), then those pesky Radar waves will slip-slide right over and never come back...

And if you have no front license plate, it’s less.
I saw similar data from the Huston Police Dept that recorded detection on the C6 as 335 yds.

well, all I can say is that the big semis on the freeways around here must have jammers onboard......I never see them pulled over but they are always the ones traveling much faster than reasonable for conditions......you'd think with that kind of radar profile they would be easy to clock.....unless the fix was in and are not to be pulled over....I mean what's 100mph in a blinding rain on guttered roads at night? What you ask? Perfect cruising speed for a big rig.
drive a vette 5 miles over though and you'll be seeing lights

You guys remember a LONG time ago there was this article, not sure what rag it was in, about this guy with a hopped up C4. He lived out in the desert and was always high speed highway driving. He had it painted some special matte black, had a stealth bra on it, one of those laser deflecting license plate covers, a jammer, a police scanner, etc.
If anyone knows where this article is I'd love to read it again.

I'd have thought the opposite was true... if you didn't want to be lasered used a matte black finish with as little shine as possible.
