Default Flowmasters installed, whats that tube?

ok so i FINALLY put everything back together but now i see a tube hanging down and dont know where it goes or what its for. here are some pics:

Its the thicker tube that has a "T" fitting in it, i can probably zip tie it out of the way but does the T plug into anything or is it a drain hose or something, also at the end of the hose it is clamped down but there is nothing at the end of it...can someone please help me i dont know if something's wrong. its the hose that has "PRC" on it and numbers that start with 25...

Looks like a one way check valve. Makes sense, if as the above post says, its to vent the trans. It will allow air to excape but not enter.
