Default Your opinion on which wheel to chose
I am getting ready to order an '08 Machine Silver Coupe. I think the base split spoke wheel looks good against the silver. But, I also like the chrome wheels.

IMHO the chrome wheels look good against a darker color, black, red, blues. I've seen Machine silver with the chrome, but think at times the chrome is lost against a silver car, no contrast.

Would like all the CF members opinion on this

I agree with you that the contrast of chrome with the darker colors looks great, but I think you will also be surprised on how much the chrome wheels bring out the silver in the vette and add to the overall look. Ask forum members to post pictures of silver with and without chrome and decide. I would go with the chrome.

Could you CFM be so kind to post photos of Machine Silver with chrome wheels and the base 2008 split spoke wheels?

I have the chrome wheels and like 'em. I also bought the "chrome" door handles which seem to balance out the whole chome look to the car.
