Race Mesh Fender Grilles
The dealership mechanics is having trouble with my Race Mesh Fender Grilles for my C6 GS. If anyone knows an easier way to install them please share ASAP!!!

These are Electro polished that match the front grille and rear. Do not know why they are so difficult to install. I printed the instructions off racemes site and will take it to him tomorrow.

I have the RM front grille and it matches my factory pretty well. Unless RM has changed the install method they must be caulked in with silicone or adhesive. For me it was impossible to do a good job.

If these are just flat screen panels that are glued to the back side of the "gills", this technique of holding them in place while the glue sets up may work. Rolled up shop towels and nylon cable ties.
I have RaceMesh polished stainless grilles on the front and sides of my car (ZR1 fenders) and I like the way they look. I had GM Accessories side grilles on the base fenders and nose.
They all have their own idiosyncrasies/degree of difficulty in installation.
Good Luck.

The OEM grilles are very nice and easily fitted, and use the inner fender push pins to keep the grills in place. I added some gorilla tape to the front to keep the grills tight to the opening.
The OP grills look very nice
