I am hearing rumors that Los Angeles Performance Division is closing. This rumor - like most rumors - is not true. We are still in business and have every intention of staying in business. Our thanks to the many loyal customers past an present.
And to those that have started this rumor - well -

Steven, the issue is that no one ever answers or returns phone calls or replies to e-mails, which would lead some to believe that you are or will be going out of business. Since Al and Doug left, LAPD seems to be going south, in my opinion, and needs a major restructuring.

PS: Is Keith still there? He has never replied to my e-mails, despite confirming the correct address and me pleading with Hannah to please have him check and reply.

This is exactly the kind of feedback I need. Thanks, and let me try to answer what has been happening.
First, Keith is still here. We have had major difficulties with our web hosting company and email, and we are now in the process of changing web host, and re-working the shopping cart on the web site. These issues should be resolved within the next few weeks.
We have had staffing changes and are working on the phone issue as well.

I just want to assure everyone that we are working to resolve technical problems that have created a negative impact on our ability to respond promptly.

Lastly, we are restructuring - and it will be to the benefit of all of our customers.

Thanks again for your concern and comments, and I will send you a personal email, so you have my address and can contact me directly.

Pauzao... I am sending you a PM with my number. Give me a call when you get a chance so that I can help with whatever you need. I unfortunately have been on Jury Duty this week and Steven has had to cover for me with some of system issue's occurring at the same time.

Steven is doing a fantastic job and I will be back in the office Monday. We are still here and big/great changes are being worked on for the shop. We will announce them here really soon.

This was an "issue" beginning months ago, and you knew of it then. I'm not knocking you, but if it takes this long to respond, you need some serious attention from someone outside the organization.
