Glad it was easy and worked out for you, a lot of debate on CAGS eliminating it, eliminates the debate for you.

It's so unobtrusive I didn't think I had it until I was going thru a parking lot at a slow speed and it did it. It never engages on me during normal driving.

LOL... before i left the dealer. was so excited about the vette..forgot! now im going to put it in first oil change... but ive not been trapped by the 1 to 4...taking it slowly over 2k every 1 to 2 shift.

I went to my local tuner and had it tuned out. That way you don't have dash light on all the time.

In 8 weeks of driving my '08 coupe I've seen the CAGS light 2 or 3 times. I normally shift from 1st to 2nd around 25-28 MPH so it's not an issue for me.

Easiest way to eliminate the function completely.

When I had my 05 C6 manual....the first mod I did was the skip shift eliminator!! If I have a manual tranny then I ( as in ME ) want to determine when I shift!!!
