Hello there guys. I have a buddy who is going out of town to look at a 2007 C6 tomorrow. Where is the identification code for a Corvette with Z51 suspension located at?

I realize that there are three forms: Base, F55 and Z51 but with his luck he'll probably wind up with the Base.

There should be a tag in the glove box. The codes are in alphabetical order.

Inside glove box lid there is a label listing ALL of the equipment and option codes on the car. Z51 should be there.

As others here have indicated, there's a white sticker with black lettering on the inside of the gove compartment door. However, note that it's on the extreme left side of that door. A couple of forum members missed it the first time they looked.

Just look for the 3-character code for all the options the car has, including "Z51."
