Default Engine Stalls

Hey Gang:

For the last couple of days, my 2005 stalls out after maybe running it a mile or two. The check engine light comes, and continues to stay on until I get home, park it for a couple days and it goes off, but when I drive it again the same process.

I've checked the gas cap and everything seems to be tight, anyone else have this problem?

Check the air tube between the MAF sensor and the throttle body. Make sure the clamps are tight.

If the check engine light comes on, what are the codes? That would help point to the problem. Without the codes, everything else is just a guess.

in 1988 i bought a new IROC Camaro that did the same thing on occasion, turned out to be a bad computer, so it could be anything.
