I'm starting to like the side vents after seeing the new GS at a distance in the first pic. A Coupe with the top out!!! YES!
The big open 5-spoke GS wheels are cool!
Should be easy to clean because its hard to bust a knuckle on those.
I still would prefer the RED brake calipers. Silver makes the brakes look slightly smaller because its not a heavy eye catching color.
Still have to see that badge in person...

Bring back the '96 Admiral Blue and dump that ugly blueish-green C6 color. If they made a true blue C6 (one that didn't change hues every time you looked at it) I'd go for that.

JSB is here to stay. I get 20 - 30 positive comments on this color per month. Hate to say the Admiral Blue could be the worst vette color I have ever seen..

C4 looks better, sorry.
And no engine bump? The C4 got the LT4 over the base LT1.
C6 doesn't seem very "Grand Sport" to me when you look at what the 63 and 96 brought to the table. Ugly chrome wheels + z06 panels + basically Z51 = whoopee (sarcasm)
The C6 GS packaged should be renamed to "Z06 body for people who can't/don't want to buy a Z06". Although, that would be hard to fit on a badge.

I'm like you..I love the 96, but NO WAY! The new GS is the bomb! You can buy a nice 96 GS for about a 1/3 of what a new GS will cost you! One of the guys in my club has an awesome 96 GS, but I'm am sure he would trade it for a new one in a minute! If you see this thread Billy, come on in!

The C4 GS is nicer. More of a "statement". I agree with one of the above posters. GM should bring back Admiral Blue. And, get rid of the Jet Blue Whatever color.

I never realized how big and long the rear end of the C4 was until the above pics. Dang, the C4 rear end extends for ever.
