Garage is done :-) Vette is home
Well a 6 week build turned into a 4 month build but in the end I am very happy with the results, I had an idea of what I wanted in my mind and I think our contrator met our needs. It was time for the windows, roof, siding redo driveway etc.. So we just bit the bullet on it all at the same time. Its a 4 car 2 wide 2 deep. Still have to paint the house and finish stripping the garage doors and finish the concrete but at least my car is home again. The lift is a Rotary and is why the cealing height is 14 feet (only needed 13 but what the heck) Kinda nice to lift your own car and do some maintenance. Be safe, paul
Before
crane for the 45 foot trusses
Demolition was fun to watch
After
Floor was alot of work but turned out great, real shiny in person
Tirerack.com Tire rack for the OEM tires, pretty handy when i want to switch them out and my tools still need organized along with building some more racks and cabinets
gotta have a "32 tv right?, lol
First Oil change last night (I waited too long, 2100 miles)

Beautiful space Hanny. I sure hope I don't get that kind of mainey in mine but I suspect I will.
I've got to quit looking at all these. I had my plans drawn up back in November and I keep making changes to them. Add this take that away but the most damaging is the size it's grown to.
The wife is going to be upset when she actually sees the footprint. It's grown from 18x25 to 23x 36 that's as big as it will fit in the space and by code. I've left the original markings for her to look at.

Sweet, but I see one thing wrong in this picture. Your fridge has no beer!

Paul you have another jealous Cyber Gray owner here on your hands, I love what you have done on your garage expansion. I noticed the cooler for beer, a must in your awesome garage, if our lot had room for an expansion I would be doing it, darn I need to move
