What did you cover your halo with? A vinyl wrap or plastic dip? Is it a satin or gloss? thanks

Thanks. I just thought there was too much titanium.
I'm also thinking about doing the doors but will let this change set in for a little while.
And then be don't with the car.

I have the cover I had done for my car that looks just like yours, I would have given it to you or anyone that wants it, I had my new one done with the matching diamond pattern to go with the trunk partition and tunnel drapes.
Old one, just have to have it installed with a little padding, sittin in my garage, actually could do it yourself

Sure will for a SSB brother
You will have to pad it and staple it to your lid, or have someone do it. Whatever you want to do and how is fine with me, LMK

It's a gloss 3M wrap. Should have went with carbon fiber. Only reason I went that direction is the car didn't come with a painted roof. Thought the colored halo looked out of place with a black/transparent targa.

Yes, I have the transparent top also. The sun comes in pretty hot. Not sure I like it much. I want to cover my halo to match the tinted back glass so it all looks kind of like one piece. I didn't know if i should go gloss or satin. Does the gloss wrap match the glass? When you have the time can you post a closer up pic of the halo and glass?
Would be appreciated.

pics from google

I got a shade that suction cups to the inside of the targa. First 'mod' I did. I live in FL and it gets waaaaay to hot for all that nonsense.

You can also get the kind that "clings on". Never tried it, but I've heard good things.

I'll try to find a closer pic tonight for ya. It sucks, the guy didn't remove the halo to install. So the edges look crappy up close now (two years later). But there isn't much to see. Just gloss black next to gloss black.

Thanks, you don't need to take a picture. I appreciate it. I'm going to look into the top covers.

Well my search for a Grand Sport has finally ended. I picked up this 1 owner 2011 2LT with 25K miles today. I've been looking for an automatic with paddle shift, since my other 2 Vettes are both manuals and high HP. Just wanted a nice, low milage Vette. Picked it up from Auto Lenders in NJ at a great price. They had it listed for $36,500 & I got it for $31,500 out the door. I bring her home tomorrow. Can't wait to start modding!
