LS3 oil pan still leaking
Put my 09 in the air today to check the oil pan leak again. Last month I retorqued the oil pan bolts and the timing cover bolts and cleaned all the oil off to be able to inspect again.
Having put only 200 miles on the car and looking at it again today its obvious where the leak is coming from (where i suspected before). Alot of guys have been told its an oil pan porosity issue, i just think some are being B.S.'ed. The issue seems to be where the oil pan meets the timing cover in the front and the same kinda thing in the back. In the front it kinda forms a "T" of gasket surface that I think the only way will seal is if there was some anabolic sealant where the movement of the different surfaces do to stress and heat would still be sealed. Anyone fixed the leak yet? No way I'm gonna let some GM tech do the repair because its gonna do the same thing if they follow the same thought process. I will pull the cradle and do it myself if i get motivated. New pan and timing cover gasket along with the correct sealant should do the trick. HEY there is always a silver lining right? Maybe its time to do a Cam regards, Paul
pictures are from before, it now shows only oil at the gaskets. no where else

My 09 looks similar, I'm not going to worry about anything unless I see spots on my garage floor during the warranty period.
I remember back when your whole motor would sweat\mist like this

I've always lived by "if it doesn't form a drop, it's not a leak." Life is too short to fix that wetting issue.
However, I used to own a 74 911S, it kept my garage floor well lubricated for 10 years. So when I see wetting on my C6 oil pan (just like yours), I'm really happy it's not forming a drop.
Good luck with your fix.
