Impossible..impossible. No way is that real, it has to be phtoshopped. PLEASE let it be a photoshop. 
I'm all for being creative, but this is downright disgusting. It's spraypainted for christs sake!

Burning Brakes
My favorite part is how the letters that spell "DRAGON" on top the front bumper are completely and hopelessly misaligned.
It does look like spray paint, but it might be "chalk paint" which some race car groups use. Very temporary and with the rain water added to it would wipe away instantly with a cloth.
