Nitto Invos on stock rims: OEM size or larger?
Apologies to those who responded to my question about Ecsta SPTs last week. I was set to buy them yesterday but the guy at Discount Tire persuaded me to go with the Nittos (he owns a C5 with Invos on wider aftermarket wheels). The Nittos are only about $100 more than the SPTs and I think they will be a better choice for the kind of driving I do.
My question is, should I get stock size Invos or go slightly larger? I've read that they run a little wider and slightly smaller in diameter to the GY F1s. I want to maintain the same look as stock and don't want to lower the car. Thanks for your help.

I would agree with that.
Let me tell you just one reason I say that.
I just put a set of Nitto Invo's on my Z06
I replaced the rear tires with 345/30x19, OEM Goodyears were 325/30x19
I have two sets of wheels so the OEM's were all still mouted when I mounted thte Invo's on new wheels.
After mounting, we stood the Goodyear 325/30x19 next to the Invo 345/30x19 and they were the EXACT same size, diameter, width, footprint, everything....
SO, thinking I was getting just a little more footprint, I ended up with the same size.....
The Invo's are really nice tires. I also have a set of Nitto's NT-05's, also a nice tire, not quite as good if you drive in the wet though.
Let me tell you just one reason I say that.
