Default By request: More pics from NCM Bash - Supersonic Blue GS, Z06

Here are a few more pics that I took at the NCM Bash today. It was raining quite heavily so conditions weren't ideal for photography but the pictures will still give you the basic idea. The first ones are of the Supersonic Blue Grand Sport with clear roof and chrome wheels. I've got to be honest, I couldn't stop thinking about this car last night after seeing it in yesterday's daylight. It's absolutely beautiful. I think for 2011 Supersonic Blue is going to take the new Corvette market by storm much like Cyber Gray did in 2009. Though I'm not in a position to replace my 2005 coupe with a 2011, the thought of getting a Supersonic Blue Grand Sport with 4LT, Dark Titanium/Ebony with blue stitching, Competition Gray wheels, NPP, and navigation could just be tempting enough to get me to make a serious mistake! Trust me, this new color is a stunner. Take a look at these pics and pay particular attention to the one that also includes the Cyber Gray convertible.

Now here are a few more of the Z06 and Z06 Carbon edition. The black roof is on a Z06 with the Z07 Performance Package which includes the glossy black roof in Carbon Fiber (note the C6 flags hologram), ZR1-like front splitter and side skirts, magnetic selective ride control, and ceramic brakes. It's close to being a ZR1 without the LS9 supercharged engine.

The last two photos show the windshield graphics and wheel on the Carbon edition. Hope you enjoy.

What you're seeing is the suede/alcantara trim in the Z06 Corbon edition.

Supersonic Blue does not exactly break the "blah" barrier. Sorry about that . . .

I would like to see the blue and orange in person and in the daylight before I make a judgment. The 4-LZ interior looks like alcantara to me. I guess alcantara is something like a suede. I had a Lincoln Mark 7 back in the 1980's with suede seating surfaces, it was extremely difficult to keep it looking nice. Maybe this stuff is easier to keep.

Folks;
Love the new Blue! Looks like Marina Blue from the Mid 60's.

I like the SS Blue; maybe my first GS color.

Thanks for posting and the description, but because it's not a overwhelming color to me (appears bland no pop) i will need to see it in person

What's with the wheels, aren't those 2010 chrome wheels on the 2011 SSB?

The GS wheels aren't changing for 2011.
