Compliments from cute girls
Been getting a couple fun compliments on my car.
Tonight I took my girl out for dinner. We come to a stop sign and noticed a couple little children riding their bikes on the sidewalk. As I slowly turned left a cute little girl on her bike (about 8 yrs old) yelled out to me, "I love your car!" I smiled and said "Thank you."
Now another story. Last sunday I got invited to a jacuzzi/ pool birthday party. When I got there the birthday girl, who just turned 20, came running out in her cute little bikini. She said she heard I have a really fast car, a lambo or a ferrari. I said I have a Corvette. She asked to see it. I said sure.
She comes running out to my car and said, "OH MY GOD I love this car!" When I let her sit in it she said, "I think I'm having an ORGASM right now!" Needless to say that gave me a big grin
I usually get compliments from guys so this is a nice change.

I drive my Vette about 3 out of 5 days during the week and most of the time during weekends. The rest of the time or when it rains I use the other car.
Who knows, one of these days it might happen, and 20-24 would be even better.
Out of respect for her bf I'm going to hold off. Since she even jokingly said, "I might break up with you and go out with Jon just because he has such a HOT car!"

Interersting, I usually get more compliments from kids than adults, followed by the ladies, and finally guys.
Kids seem to be in awe of the car and they are not bashful and will scream out nice car when I drive by. Guys seem to be more reserved and will stare but rarely say anything. Perhaps it is a "male thing", lol.
While the kiddies and ladies seem less inhibited and not shy to let loose a compliment or two.

Feels pretty good, doesn't it? 
I actually enjoy NOT getting the compliments directly. I like watching the college/HS girls jaws drop, sunglasses come up, and their bf's getting jealous and looking the other way, even if it's at a brick wall.
And being 32 w/ a 24 yr old gf, we both think it's hilarious!
I do have a nice car wash/cruise-in buddy that turns a lot of heads too. But she's my slightly underaged neighbor, so no pics.
(the gf doesn't do cruise-ins, only the big shows)

Occasionally I hear a guy say under his breath, "Now that is a nice car", but they are just talking to themselves.
Had a neighborhood kid stop by the other day while I was cleaning her up.
Him: "Hi sir, Is that a Z06?"
Me: "Nope"
Him: "What kind is it?"
Me: "Just a regular corvette convertible"
Him: "Well sir, you have a really nice car"
Me: "Thank you"
Kid was very polite with the "sir" talk. Wish I wasn't old enough to be called sir though.

I've gotten more compliments from people of all ages on my yellow vert than any car I've ever owned...including my 2005 mag red coupe. It's nice to hear it!
