It's the door entry pad switch. They are about $15 or so at the dealer.
If you're industrious you could take it off, take it apart and clean the contacts then replace and it will probably work properly. Here's a thread for DIY:

Honestly!??? Buy the pad and do it yourself. It's a piece of cake to do. The dealer will rape you for labor. The advice about taking it apart and cleaning it might save the purchase of the part.

I don't know how to get a part number. gmpartshouse and partstaxi searches don't provide the number. Maybe I'm missing a click or something else to get that.
