Dyno tune or SCT tune?
I've tried posting this question on a couple of local sites with no luck at all. I just got LG longtubes and an offroad X pipe for my car. Being catless it's going to throw the check engine light. My question is will a hand-held tuner suffice for turning off the check engine light? Or will I need a dyno tune? I know on my old Mustang the SCT tuner I had for it disabled the 02's no problem. I just wasn't sure if the SCT's are the same for the Vette.
Thanks

I jst had headers installed recently and had it dyno tuned, they also used SCT programmers. Talk to Paul at Torq, he is also a forum sponsor now. I had hi flow cats on mine. But still needed to tune.
