Default Rims/Grand Sport or Z06 Help me decide Lemans Blue convertible PICS

Should I do chrome Grand Sport or chrome Z06 rims. Help me decide for my 2005 Lemans Blue convertible. I just finished an A&A supercharger (574HP) and it is time for a rear wide body and 325/30 x19 rear tires for my car. My tires got slippery after supercharger install. I like colored wheels on some cars but my wife does not like colored wheels. I Love my wife more then a set of rims so to keep things good at the house I know what she likes. A very good women to me.

Go with the Z06. Grand-Sport rims look like a cheap chinese-made copy of Nissan's 370Z offerings.

I always liked the Z06 rims. I have seen them on the base model and they looked good. My vote goes to someones car with Z06 rims.

Default changed

I have changed back and fourth a couple of times and I keep going to the chrome Z06.
I have been told to go with reproduction for the front to get the offset I need and OEM rear. Anyone elde do this. Also I think I'm going with Niito Invo tires I see a lot of people running them. 275/40ZR18 is26.65 tall and 325/30ZR19 is 26.77 tall thats close enough.

If you don't plan on getting a wide 'booty', you'll need to go with repro's all around unless you want them to stick out past the fender edge slightly.

I'd go with the newer version chrome spiders.

I like them both...hard to choose. I have the same car you do. I guess it would be the GS wheels for me.

I would go with chrome Z06 and I happen to have a replica set in Z06 sizes/offsets with less than 2000 miles on them in excellent condition complete with centercaps. Let me know if you want them and I will make you out of this world deal on them

Hard to decide between the two but I leaning to the Z0-6 wheels. Either way you will need to go the reproduction route becuase of the width and offsets.

Default Chrome Z06 style

I vote for the Chrome Z06 style. You may want to look at the Michelin PS2 ZPs for tires. They get great ratings on the tire rack site and I believe they are OE now on the ZR1. Down side is the price.
Good luck with which ever way you decide.

BTW...think of how unique your LMB will be with the GS wheels vs the Z06 wheels many have...just sayin'.

I would go with the chrome Z06 wheels. That's just my personal choice with the over all design and look of the wheel. Either wheel would look fantastic with your Vette.

If you want to go super tacky, or be the neighborhood bling geek. Go with something like the wheel posted below.
