Default Memory seat question....

I just got the ajuster replaced on my driver seat because the seat was rocking. The problem got fix but now i noticed that the memory seat is working partially. When I press 1 It moves up and down but not back and forward like the way i programmed. When I program the seat it moves back and forward, up and down and everything is fine. I save the settings but when I enter the car again the memory seat only remember to movethe seat up and dow but not forward like I programed earlier. So to move the seat forward like the way i saved it I have to use the botton and them the seat moves. So everything is working but for some reason the memory seat can't remember to move the seat forward. The same is happening with my exit button the seat will go all the way down to the possition that I saved but it will not move back like I programmed ealier but. If I press the button I can move the seat all the way back. I know it is confusing. I can take my can back to the dealer no big deal but I have to wait until monday does anybody have a clue about what is going on?
Thanks

I would guess that something on the SCM didn't get connected all the way but it means pulling the seal out to get to it.

Aloha Alex:

The memory module is very sensitive to electrical changes. If when the adjuster was changed the seat wasn't properly grounded and tested at under 13.5 volts the memory module can short out. I would make sure the wire harness is fully plugged into the module as well as make sure the secondary connector going into the car harness is plugged in fully.

I found 3 wires that connect to a female terminal hanging under the seat but I can't tell were they should go without removing the seat. Tomorrow I'm taking the car to the dealer obviously they forgot to plug in something
